Maserati unveils MC20 Notte, a fierce creature of the nocturnal world

The Maserati MC20 Notte Edition emerges as a limited edition supercar, embodying the essence of darkness and racing spirit in an exclusive series of 50 units globally. This edition marks Maserati’s re-engagement with its supercar heritage, fusing luxury and performance with a unique design inspired by the enigmatic allure of the night.
Collaborating with Andrea Bertolini, Maserati’s revered driver and former GT1 world champion, the Maserati Fuoriserie team crafted the MC20 Notte’s bodywork. The exterior transforms from glossy black to a captivating matte ‘nero essenza’ finish, designed to glow in the dark. Bertolini’s touch alters key details—the Trident, side logos, and the Maserati signature—to matte white gold, sparking memories of Maserati’s motorsport triumphs.
“Fuoriserie means ‘custom-built’ in Italian, and our Trident’s customisation program is conceived to create one-of-a-kind rolling sculptures for our clients. MC20 Notte celebrates the thrill of racing and the allure of the night combining supreme performance and Italian elegance with a touch of mystery of the nocturnal world. It is the first Fuoriserie limited edition of MC20 and it is dedicated to super sportscar collectors and track enthusiasts”, said Klaus Busse, Head of Maserati design.
The MC20 Notte’s 20-inch matte black birdcage wheels, adorned with matte white gold accents, complement black brake calipers, grounding the vehicle with a racetrack-ready presence. Inside, the supercar boasts 6-way power sport seats in Alcantara black/grey with vibrant yellow stitching, alongside an Alcantara sport steering wheel with carbon fiber inserts.
The iconic Trident graces the headrests, and a special metal plate between the two headrests denotes each car’s unique status with a ‘UNA DI 50’ (one of 50) inscription.
To celebrate the launch of the MC20 Notte Edition, a short film featuring global brand ambassadors David Beckham and Andrea Bertolini showcases the car’s transformation into a nocturnal racing entity. In the film, Beckham’s MC20 metamorphoses under Bertolini’s golden touch, racing through urban landscapes and tracks alike.
Initially previewed to Maserati Tridente members, the MC20 Notte is now globally available. Its future owners are invited to partake in a Maserati on-track driving experience, immersing themselves in the thrill of this exclusive model from the Trident marque. The MC20 Notte Edition celebrates Maserati’s return to its supercar roots while offering a unique blend of darkness-inspired aesthetics and race-bred dynamism.
