The Mansory Gronos 6×6 elevates the off-road capabilities of the G-Class to unprecedented levels, promising an unmatched driving experience. The vehicle’s body and chassis undergo a comprehensive conversion, blending visual appeal with technical sophistication. The Gronos 6×6 is also distinguished by widened step strips and carbon add-on parts, part of the “Gronos conversion program,” that complements the vehicle’s design.

Impact protection devices and specialized off-road accessories, such as four LED headlights on the roof and a front-mounted cable winch, prepare the vehicle for the most challenging terrains. Each component, from the custom carbon parts to the mechanical conversions, is executed with precision, ensuring that the vehicle maintains the standard safety technology while offering a visually and technically flawless conversion.
The chassis of the Gronos 6×6 incorporates an additional axle, necessitating complex modifications that showcase Mansory’s technical acumen. The installation of a reinforced front axle, portal gears, and lockable differentials across all axles enhances the vehicle’s off-road mobility. The special chassis with high-performance shock absorbers, alongside the vehicle’s increased height and width, ensures maximum off-road performance without compromising on luxury or comfort.
The Gronos 6×6 offers customization down to the minutest details, including the choice between on-road or off-road tyres, with the latter featuring an integrated tyre inflation system. This system, controllable from the cockpit, allows for real-time adjustments to tire pressure, adapting to varying terrain conditions seamlessly.
Performance-wise, the Gronos 6×6 is a powerhouse, boasting a 900 HP engine with a torque of 1,200 Nm. The performance enhancements include a new exhaust gas turbocharger, intercooler, high-pressure fuel pumps, and tailored software for the engine, transmission, and CPC, alongside a sports air filter and exhaust system.
The interior of the Gronos 6×6 mirrors the vehicle’s exterior in luxury and customization options. Clients can choose from a vast array of leathers, colours, quilting patterns, and carbon designs. The cabin features a special highlight: a roof lining equipped with over 3,000 LEDs, customizable to the client’s preference. The attention to detail extends to embroidered seat belts, aluminium sports pedals, a leather sports steering wheel, and meticulously quilted floor mats, among other bespoke details.
The transformation involves converting the standard G63 into a pickup truck with a double cab, meticulously retaining the original design language. The addition of rear-hinged rear doors enhances accessibility and underscores Mansory’s commitment to luxury and convenience, embodying the “New Access of Luxury.” This modification, although subtle, involves extensive technical and structural effort, ensuring that the vehicle’s aesthetic harmony is preserved alongside its functional enhancements.
