The Mandarin Oriental, Miami will sprawl across a 3.5-acre waterfront site located in the southwest part of Brickell Key. As the hotel and residences take their place on the skyline, they will harmonize perfectly with the exclusive environment offered by this 44-acre island. The design of the project is a masterful collaboration of international creative powerhouses. The architectural grandeur will be courtesy of Kohn Pederson Fox, the globally renowned architectural firm known for creating structures that blend seamlessly with their environment. Laura Gonzales, a Parisian designer with an eye for elegance, will be spearheading the interior design for the hotel, crafting spaces that blend comfort, style, and sophistication. The landscape architecture, handled by the Thai firm Shma, promises lush vistas that will complement the overall aesthetics of the property.
The new Mandarin Oriental, Miami will house 151 tastefully appointed guestrooms, of which 60 are suites. Additionally, 61 private Residences and 28 hotel Residences will offer spectacular ocean and city views, allowing inhabitants to wake up to the sight of sparkling waters and the dynamic cityscape. The residences will range from two to four bedrooms, including two exclusive penthouses, all thoughtfully designed by Parisian designer Tristan Auer.
