Situated on Yiti Bay, 30 minutes from the Muscat airport, the resort will feature 115 rooms, 25 suites, and 30 villas with private pools. Onsite dining concepts and facilities will include the beach club, three signature Nikki Beach restaurants, three swimming pools, a pool bar, Nikki Spa, Tone Gym, and a marina. The brand’s six signature elements will be intertwined throughout the property to create the atmosphere that Nikki Beach has become known for.

While the venue will align with the core Nikki Beach aesthetic, the brand also seeks to create innovative concepts that leverage cultural elements from each destination where its properties are located. The venue is being built with full consideration for local and sustainable resources where possible.

“The opening of Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Muscat will elevate our resort experience to a new level. The project combines the cultural and ethical pillars of Oman with the best of the Nikki Beach Global brand in an authentic and meaningful manner,” said Alexander Schneider, president of the Global Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts division.

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Muscat also offers three fine dining restaurants including the all-day Cafe Nikki, Soul Lounge and Escape in the hotel lobby. Guests can also swim in one of the three resort pools, relax at the Nikki Spa, or work out at the well-equipped Tone Gym. For those who can’t get enough of the Nikki brand, private residences will also open at destinations shortly after the hotel welcomes visitors.

The resort is part of Oman Tourism Development Company’s (Omran) recently announced tourism development plans for Yiti Bay, which include an 11-million-square-metre urban living and leisure master plan.
