Situated within a protected conservation area, the resort is accessible either by boat or seaplane. With 90 keys, all composed of beachfront and overwater villas, guests will find themselves surrounded by the awe-inspiring vistas of white sand beaches, tropical gardens, and a mesmerizing underwater world. This enclave of is one of two illustrious resorts from Marriott International slated to open on the island by the end of 2023, the other being Nujuma, an ultra-luxury Ritz-Carlton Reserve.

Upon arrival, visitors can choose from one-, two-, three-, or four-bedroom villas, each boasting a sprawling sundeck and private pool. Oriented to capture the kaleidoscopic Red Sea sunsets, the villas feature luxurious interiors adorned with plush soft furnishings, high-end design elements, and artworks inspired by the themes of wind, water, and coral.
