Explore the expansive world of Japanese spirits through London’s first-ever omakase cocktail experience led by Bar Director Pietro Rizzo. Hidden behind a door, Aubrey's secret six-seater bar counter plays host to a highly exclusive and tailored drink experience which will take guests on an exploratory adventure of new flavours and Asian ingredients through unique cocktails, accompanied by Japanese-inspired light bites.

Bringing together shochu, awamori (the oldest alcoholic beverage indigenous to Okinawa, Japan), and the best seasonal ingredients, the drinks programme embraces the rarity of distilled beverages to surprise and delight spirit connoisseurs.

The food menu draws on the classical techniques of Edomae sushi, Tempura and Robata, offering an overall experience that is an interpretation of the philosophy of a traditional izakaya.
