The Red Room is nestled within The Connaught—a hideaway that guests will only discover through a velvet-curtained doorway from the hotel’s Champagne Room.
This cocooning space showcases a collection of creative works in red—that has been years in the making—by four female visionaries, from one of the most celebrated of our time to a young Vietnamese artist. The striking interior is the work of Bryan O’Sullivan, whose soft-hued palette allows the art to sing.
Rare vintages and first growths arrive by custom-crafted marble trolley—accompanied by a capsule collection of six cocktails, each inspired by the wine selection and developed in tune with the changing seasons. The menu of charcuterie, veal carpaccio and kale tempura, amongst other imaginative plates, complements the extensive wine list.
