Red Sea Global (RSG) have announced a new high-end wellness resort and Private Residences at Triple Bay AMAALA. Introducing a significant advancement in wellness tourism, Four Seasons joins as the most recent esteemed hospitality brand at Triple Bay, a key site for wellness tourism on the northwestern coast of Saudi Arabia. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will include 220 accommodations including rooms, suites, and villas with private pools, plus 26 branded residential villas. All are meticulously planned to provide stunning views of the bay and sea, ensuring guests and residents enjoy Four Seasons’ signature luxury services and experiences.
The 26 Private Residences range in size, each with a pool and ocean views, adding to Four Seasons’ expanding presence in Saudi Arabia, which includes existing and forthcoming projects. The initial phase of AMAALA, concentrating on the Triple Bay masterplan, is progressing with an expected welcome for the first guests in 2025. AMAALA, upon completion, will feature over 3,900 hotel rooms across 29 hotels and around 1,200 residential properties, along with luxury retail, dining, wellness, and recreational facilities.

Designed by the celebrated architects U+A, the resort and residences draw inspiration from the unique locale bordered by the Hijazi Mountains and the Red Sea. Utilizing the natural terrain, the design offers uninterrupted natural views through the strategic placement of rooms, villas, and penthouses. The landscape integrates water features and gardens to foster discovery and reflection, embodying contemporary design with traditional architectural influences.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by sweeping views of Hijaz Island and the Red Sea sunsets. The resort provides a variety of accommodation options and outdoor spaces like the Water Garden and Wellness Garden for relaxation and contemplation. A Four Seasons Sleep Concierge service will customize guests’ nighttime experiences, and the resort will also include a sizable ballroom with panoramic views, ideal for special events.
In line with AMAALA’s focus on sustainability and wellbeing, the destination emphasizes wellness, enhanced by Four Seasons’ For Good program and its commitment to wellbeing throughout the guest and resident experience.
