The Shore Club in Miami Beach, Florida, once the go-to destination for celebrities from Rihanna to Leonardo DiCaprio, is being transformed into The Shore Club Private Collection by developers Witkoff and Monroe Capital. This new Auberge-branded resort and private residences will feature designs by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, including a ground-up tower and renovations of the original landmarked structures. The collection’s highlight, The Beach House, a $37.5 million oceanfront home, marks the first of its kind in Miami Beach’s history.

The Beach House offers expansive ocean views from its 8,237-square-foot, three-level structure. It includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, three powder rooms, and staff quarters. The residence boasts open-plan living spaces, outdoor terraces totaling 2,180 square feet, an elevator, and a custom, triple-height staircase, all enveloped in floor-to-ceiling windows amid tropical botanical gardens.

Robert A.M. Stern, the project’s architect, draws inspiration from Art Deco, Miami Modern architecture, and classic yacht design to evoke Miami Beach’s storied architectural eras. Alex Witkoff highlights the property’s rarity on Miami Beach, emphasizing its classic and stylish design that allows for large-scale art displays and features like a secluded secret garden.

The Beach House will offer a private resort experience with an infinity-edge rooftop pool, covered loggia, gardens, and bespoke finishes. Residents will enjoy full services from the future Auberge hotel, including an exclusive beach club membership and access to amenities, restaurants, and 24-hour concierge services.

“To honor the legacy of The Shore Club, we used the shape of its sculptural columns to line the base of our building, creating a garden procession through lushly planted botanical gardens, a series of pools and, ultimately, the beach.” Robert A.M. Stern

The Shore Club Private Collection aims to merge Miami Beach’s architectural heritage with contemporary design, offering 49 residences amidst three oceanfront acres. The development includes The Tower, a new building; The Cromwell House, a reimagined Art Deco building; and The Beach House, all designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects with landscape architecture by Nathan Browning of Island Planning Corporation.

This reimagined Shore Club, set to redefine oceanfront living in Miami Beach, is a collaboration between Witkoff, Auberge Resorts Collection, and design firms, promising a unique blend of luxury, privacy, and iconic design.
