The Zeitwerk Minute Repeater Honeygold has a striking mechanism, powered by the twin mainspring barrel, which eliminates the need for the traditional slide. Several safety mechanisms are in place to ensure the flawless functioning of this complex symphony, like the prevention of repeater activation if the power reserve is below twelve hours.

The integration of a constant-force escapement ensures the watch delivers a consistent amount of force, providing rate stability.
