THE GRILL
The Grill is a historically based American chophouse set in midcentury New York
Built in 1959 and restored in 2016, The Seagram Building is one of just 117 interior landmarks in New York City, and the only interior landmark space. THE GRILL takes great inspiration from history; both the time the Seagram Building was built and the restaurants that existed at that time. It is the precursor to the NY Steakhouse, when things were still intricate and elegant.
At THE GRILL you can find extensive table side preparation and great attention to service whilst indulging in signature preparations using the traditional grill cooking methods.
THE GRILL can accommodate large parties of up to 34 seated in two private dining rooms. The restaurant and the adjacent event space, THE POOL, are often booked together for large-scale events, with the ability to accommodate up to 300 seated and 700 standing.
