The forthcoming development of The Ocean Club, Four Seasons Residences in the Bahamas is an ambitious project, anticipated to open in 2027. A collaborative venture involving the expertise of Four Seasons, Two Roads Development, and Access Real Estate, the development is situated on Paradise Island, a locale synonymous with opulence and exclusivity.

The architectural and design aspects of the residences are meticulously planned. SB Architects, known for their expertise in hospitality design, and Champalimaud Design, a New York-based firm renowned for high-end hospitality and residential design, are at the helm of this project.
The residences will feature oceanfront or ocean views, expansive outdoor verandas, and interiors equipped with premium fixtures and fittings. Prospective owners can choose from a range of residence types, including two to five-bedroom homes and penthouses, each offering generous living spaces and private pools for select units.
The amenities at The Ocean Club, and Four Seasons Residences, are designed to provide an unparalleled living experience. These include an oceanfront swimming pool, private cabanas, a clubhouse, an owner’s library, and a range of entertainment and wellness facilities.
