Chef Yoshihiko Kousaka is a traditionalist in his preparation of sushi, but surprisingly inventive in capturing the essence of the seasonally prized selections from Toyosu and New York. He will captivate the palates and entice diners to become regulars at his counter with his exquisite food.

Like the diverse crowd, the menu—from Chef Kousaka—is eclectic. The single omakase menu is formed by a selection of an amuse, sashimi, and 12 sushi courses alongside soup, dessert and tea. You will find yourself perched on an L-shaped counter with 12 seats that call for a reservation in advance.

From Japanese sea bass to firefly squid, the sushi bar is a delightful stop for an exceptional meal and a recommended bottle of Yamoto Shizuku Junmai Daiginjo sake for a tranquil experience.
