Michael Leach Design (MLD) is a multi award winning Superyacht design consultancy. The company was founded in 1997 by Michael Leach and joined by Mark Smith two years later. Based in the south of England, this superyacht design studio is without doubt one of the most innovative in the sector. With a combined 60 years experience within the Superyacht industry the team has all the tools required to bring a clients dream into vivid reality.

MLD has worked with the best shipyards in the world such as Feadship, Blohm & Voss, Amels, Damen Yachting & Pendennis to name a few, whilst the talented team is giving every client and Owners Team a uniquely personal service to make sure each project develops into the best possible reality that fulfils the brief and more.

Having forged close bonds with previous clients the MLD team have been invited to get involved with Helicopter & Private Jet interior design along with custom exterior paint schemes. Michael Leach Design has also vast experience in residential projects ranging from Ski Chalets in the French Alps to some of the most expensive penthouses in Monaco.
