This limited edition of just 10 pieces captures the essence of the brand’s commitment to avant-garde watchmaking.
Crafted to perfection, the DB28XP Kind of Blue Tourbillon Sapphire is a fusion of De Bethune’s celebrated DB28XP and DB28 Kind of Blue Tourbillon models, now enhanced with the allure of sapphire. It’s a watch that not only honours its lineage but also introduces a touch of modernity and sophistication, perfectly aligning with the refined ethos of the SHH boutique.
The heart of this timepiece is the manually winding DB2009v4 movement, visible through a sapphire crystal case back. It features De Bethune’s signature balance wheel, meticulously crafted to enhance functionality and precision. This balance wheel is a marvel of engineering, combining titanium and white gold weights for optimal inertia and reliability. Its intricate design ensures the perfect midpoint gravity centre, with a flat curve fixed externally and a variable blade thickness for superior concentric development.
Adding to the allure is the De Bethune hairspring, a pivotal component in mechanical watchmaking, designed for impeccable centre-of-gravity maintenance.
