The Elton John AIDS Foundation was established in 1992 and is one of the leading independent AIDS organisations in the world. The Foundation’s mission is simple: to be a powerful force in the end to the AIDS epidemic.

The Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party is held annually and is the most highly visible and successful fundraising event in Hollywood on Oscar night. Over the past quarter century, this annual event has raised more than $62 million, thanks to the generosity of EJAF’s supporters.
