Destinations in themselves, the 29 suites range in size from 31sqm (335sq.ft.) to 78sqm (840sq.ft.). Junior suites feature all the style of the guestrooms combined with one-ofa-kind art installations and the luxury of extra space. All have interconnecting, adjoining and twin-bedded options. One bedroom, two bedroom and signature suites can be combined as adjoining suites or a private wing. There are layouts and designs to suit all tastes and needs. Bespoke materials feature throughout, creating luxurious finishes such as parquet oak flooring, hand-woven rugs and marble tiling.

Signature two-bedroom suites feature a balcony as well as a lounge, and an additional entertaining space complete with a personal bar and integrated cocktail station. The ability to connect and have adjoining rooms makes the suites perfect for larger families and groups with the dual benefits of convenience and privacy if required. The largest suite at The BoTree is the 78sqm (840sq.ft.) Presidential Suite. With views over Marylebone village and beyond from its terrace, it can be combined with the adjoining suites to create a 350sqm (3770sq.ft.) wing.
