Set on a spectacular cliff-side location overlooking the Pacific Ocean, 30 minutes north of Punta Mita, the resort will be the preeminent destination for ultimate relaxation. The all-villa resort, boasting 104 standalone havens made up of Treehouses and Cliff-top Villas, features spacious sanctuaries, striking resort locales, innovative dining, and a world of activities for groups to experience the destination. Woven seamlessly throughout the resort, vibrant locations with dramatic vistas in a lush rainforest setting, offer guests maximum privacy and flexibility to create bespoke experiences and events for every occasion.

The Jetty Beach Club  On the edge of the Pacific Ocean, this beachfront destination, nestled along a secluded cove, features daybeds, chaise lounges and beachside terraces in a relaxed, yet elegant setting. Guests can enjoy the fresh catch of the day and evening cocktails as the sun sets or take a dip in one of the two infinity pools or the swimmable beach. For private events, The Jetty Beach Club is extremely versatile, perfect for a number of different set-ups.
Extending out over the sea in front of The Jetty Beach Club is The Jetty, a symbolic destination within the resort where a fire pit ignites in the evenings, and guests can enjoy cocktails and drinks under the stars.

Alma – Tucked into the dramatic hillside, Alma offers a distinct, elevated poolside lounging and dining experience and features terraces lined by cabanas and daybeds, perfect for intimate gatherings and celebrations. Considered the heart of the resort, guests can enjoy dramatic views with open-air dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as drinks at The Treetop – the main bar overlooking the ocean.

Carao  – An adult-only destination capturing the most spectacular sunset views with far-reaching vistas in multiple directions, this beautifully designed retreat stuns with an infinity-edged pool that extends out over the mountainside, suspended above the ocean waters below. A world-renowned chef – soon to be announced – will bring authentic, yet reinvented Mexican cuisine to this fine-dining outpost.

The resort also offers conference facilities including the 2,750-square-foot indoor ballroom, Salón Papelillo, named after a native tree found on the property, and an adjacent al fresco courtyard that can host up to 80 people for drinks, cocktails and meeting breakouts. Groups can also take advantage of a large pre-function space, as well as Parota Boardroom, which also opens to a spacious outdoor terrace.

Guests can unwind at one of the six enclosed treatment rooms at the One&Only Spa which is situated beneath a canopy of large Higuera Trees, and offers unparalleled privacy and serenity amidst the pristine, tropical jungle. Spa guests can indulge in ultimate relaxation by soaking in the mud bath, the refreshing natural spring, cold plunge pools or the steam room and sauna that boast views of the jungle, before enjoying the spa’s holistic wellness offerings. With a fully equipped, state-of-the-art studio and outdoor yoga palapa, the resort’s expert fitness team will also create personalized programmes to meet each guests’ wellbeing goals, utilizing the dramatic location.

With an array of activities on both land and water, One&Only Mandarina offers a playground of adventures and experiences, with nature always at the center. Water activities embark from the resort’s private Jetty, where groups will have direct access to a variety of water sports including kayaking, standup paddle boarding, surfing, sailing, yacht excursions, deep sea fishing expeditions, and whale-watching. Adjacent to the resort, guests can also explore miles of nature trails at The Flatlands and surrounding rainforest, mountain biking trails, ATV off-roading through volcanic shelves, and horseback riding tours and lessons at Mandarina Polo & Equestrian Club (scheduled to open in late 2020).

The Mandarina community, home to One&Only Mandarina, will also feature Mandarina Experiences, where guests can enjoy daily activities including ziplining, tennis, soccer, pickle ball, biking and more. The quaint seaside town of Sayulita is a mere 15-minute drive south of Mandarina, where group programs can also feature excursions and dine-around experiences. Known for its surfing, picturesque beachside cafes, and vibrant handmade arts and crafts, Sayulita’s streets exude the laid-back seaside feeling where guests can experience traditional Mexican cuisine.
