Aman Nai Lert Bangkok Hotel and Residences set to open in 2023

Amid the skyscrapers of central Bangkok, Thailand’s first urban Aman hotel and residences is set to rise soon from the verdant sanctuary that is Nai Lert Park. Share

History and nature will come together to tell a new Aman story, one entwined with the exceptional legacy of Thailand’s revered Nai Lert family. An emerald jewel amid the embassies of central Bangkok, Nai Lert Park rests in green seclusion on Wireless Road. Here it has flourished since 1915, when the founder of Thailand’s pioneering Nai Lert Group acquired the land to preserve its natural beauty in perpetuity. Nai Lert, as Lert Sreshthaputra was known, built a home, now a museum, and a legacy still growing today.

Amid the leafy embrace of Nai Lert Park, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok will offer guests and residents a peerless experience of the Thai capital. Designed with wraparound views, open-air terraces and an innovative central atrium by Jean Michel Gathy of Denniston, the 36-storey building will house the 54-suite hotel, no more than 80 residences and unparalleled leisure and entertainment facilities.

From the hotel’s serene reception on the 9th floor, a lounge, bar and restaurant will flow onto a terrace with an infinity pool overlooking the park’s lush treetops. High above on the 19th floor, an open-air sky garden will surround the Japanese Restaurant and Cigar Bar. The 1,500-square-metre Holistic Wellness Centre will offer seven treatment suites, a unique Spa House and extensive fitness and hydrotherapy areas.

Owners and their guests will enjoy preferential access to all hotel facilities in addition to exclusive residents-only amenities. These will include an infinity pool on the 30th floor, a fitness centre and movement studio, a private dining room, a lounge with a library and business centre opening onto Nai Lert Park, an Aman Kids’ Club and children’s pool, and a private garden within the park.

With no more than 80 residences over 18 floors, each will offer an abundance of space – up to 126 square metres for one-bedroom apartments and 1,100 square metres for four-bedroom penthouses. Most will feature private terraces and 3.2-metre ceilings, and all will claim breathtaking park and city views. Home to a privileged few, including the Nai Lerts themselves, the residences will shape a new community within the elite global network fully invested in the Aman lifestyle.
