The award winning actress is set to be the new face of Chanel, as she will front the brands upcoming Cruise Campaign. ShareTaking over from Lily, Johnny Depp’s daughter, Penelope Cruz is to be the next celebrity face of Chanel.The brand has had some big names in the past, such as Margot Robbie and Kiara Knightley, and they aren’t stopping here with oscar winning actress Penelope Cruz.
Cruz was chosen by Karl Lagerfield to become the next Chanel ambassador and she attended her first event with this status on the 3rd of July, at the Chanel Haute Couture fashion show in Paris. Chanel’s next Cruise collection for 2018/2019 will also use Penelope Cruz as the face of the campaign.
Penelope Cruz has shown true to her admiration of Karl, as throughout her career she has been pictured wearing Chanel to high-status events and across many red carpets. At the Haute Couture Fashion Show she wore a pink Chanel tweed dress, a white beret and simple nude heels, drawing inspiration by the Spring/Summer 19 resort collection and perfectly fitting to the Parisian venue.
