Sucre Restaurant
Sophisticated fine-dining restaurant preparing elevated dishes with carefully sourced ingredients
Sucre is a story of immigration. A conversation of Latin American and European influences – bouncing off the walls of a 310 year old former concert hall in London’s Great Marlborough Street. Since opening in Buenos Aires in 2001, Sucre has been at the forefront of contemporary Argentinian cuisine. Founded by Chef Fernando Trocca the restaurant pays tribute to Argentina and its Mediterranean roots.
The food draws inspiration from Trocca’s Spanish-Italian heritage and his extensive travels around South America. The menu tells the story of Chef Fernando Trocca’s immigrant background and the European adventurers who crossed the Atlantic to make their home in his native Argentina. The menus change seasonally and can be enjoyed sharing style or traditionally. Sucre was launched on the global stage in 2021 with openings in London and Dubai.
