Bibi Restaurant

BiBi, which means ‘the lady of the house’, is the brainchild of chef Chet Sharma. It is a contemporary Indian restaurant serving chaat and grills perfect for sharing. BiBi embraces the full multicultural span of Indian cuisine, while also drawing on the years Chet has spent cooking and sourcing ingredients for some of the most esteemed award-winning restaurants in the UK.

The constantly evolving menu is contemporary and approachable but with recognisably Indian flavours that would have been enjoyed by Chet’s paternal and maternal grandmothers (bibis), who played a key role in his culinary identity.

The menu comprises five sections – bar snacks, chaat, sigree, sides and desserts – and is accompanied by a drinks list which also plays homage to the flavours of Chet’s heritage, and a selection of wines from both the Old and New worlds.
