Guests will find an impressive 10-metre long, jagged chef’s table made with real amethyst and quartz stone on the top floor, whilst the lower ground floor offers a more secluded dining experience orchestrated around the exceptional wine cellar.
The multi-talented resident chef, Carlo Scotto, entered his first professional kitchen at the tender age of 13, when he took a job as a chef apprentice at the award-winning restaurant Don Salvatore.
