Amethyst is a unique place of elegance and excellence as it sits in a small, discreet space on Sackville Street, just off Piccadilly. Guests will find an impressive 10-metre long, jagged chef’s table made with real amethyst and quartz stone on the top floor, whilst the lower ground floor offers a more secluded dining experience orchestrated around the exceptional wine cellar.
The multi-talented resident chef, Carlo Scotto, entered his first professional kitchen at the tender age of 13, when he took a job as a chef apprentice at the award-winning restaurant Don Salvatore.
Expect a gastronomic journey of unusual flavour combinations, razor-sharp techniques and theatrical dishes served with meticulous attention to detail. The curated wine cellar of Amethyst restaurant offers some of the finest wines from around the globe to complement each dish.
