Drawing on the collaborative nature and emphasis on traditional processes at Blue Mountain School, Executive Chef Edoardo Pellicano works with his team to deliver an exceptional menu for only nine guests each evening. The restaurant has garnered a reputation for its innovative approach and focus on research and development.
The restaurant offers two dining experiences: in the Dining Room, up to eight guests are invited to dine in groups of 2–4 with one solo seat per evening at the chef’s pass; the Chef’s Table invites a single reservation of up to six guests to enjoy a completely private environment designed by Tyler Hays of BDDW that leads directly into the Mãos kitchen.
