Chef's Table is located inside the Brooklyn Fare market, discreetly hidden in the back of a grocery store. Settle in for a dining experience featuring the cuisine of Chef César Ramirez.
Inspired by Japanese cuisine and French technique, courses change to reflect products in season. These include perfectly prepared sea urchin topped with fresh truffle, and equally remarkable sauces like a sweet saffron bouillabaisse.
The tasting menu is predominantly fish and shellfish, with one to two meat courses and a variety of desserts. The restaurant also features a 7,000-bottle cellar highlighting classic European regions such as Champagne, Burgundy, Rhône, Germany, and Austria.
