In eight years of continuous development and consolidation, artgenève has established a high-quality contemporary art and modern art show in the Lake Geneva region , with international attention. Artgenève hosts international galleries and also devotes a large space to institutional and private collections as well as independent spaces and curators, convinced of the dynamism that can arise from the dialogue between galleries and institutions.
In collaboration with the City of Geneva and the participating galleries, artgenève releases each year from its walls with artgenève / sculptures , an exhibition at the lake and in the city. The ninth edition of the show will take place from January 30 to February 2, 2020 , the key moment for luxury tourism in Geneva and strategic dates in the calendar of art fairs.
Palexpo, Geneva’s exhibition and convention centre, offers 106,000 m2 of interconnected event space close to Geneva international airport and the city’s rail station. Palexpo is also easily accessible by motorway from the rest of Switzerland as well as from France, Italy and Germany, and offers on-site parking for 2,800 vehicles.
