We are seeking professional and charismatic VIP Event Hostesses to join our team, dedicated to providing outstanding service at upscale private events in Mayfair, Chelsea and Knightsbridge. Ideal candidates will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating with the events team, and ensuring all guests receive first-class service throughout our events. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

• Greets guests and participates in social events, glamorous parties and special happenings
• Anticipates, responds to and consistently exceeds the needs of clients
• Handles difficult situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner
• Maintains close ties with customers to engender loyalty
• Conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty
• Promotes the Royist brand to the highest standards inside and outside working hours

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hostess, hospitality, or customer service role, preferably within a high-end or VIP setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the luxury and exclusivity of the events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Mayfair and Knightsbridge venues and familiarity with the local clientele is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
